SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

SHIPMENT AND COURIER INFORMATION

We ship globally, Shipping to top tier countries are shipped via the below courier services

  • United States (via 4PX or ePacket)

  • United Kingdom (via 4PX)

  • Australia (via UBI)

  • Canada (via UBI)

All other ePacket countries will utilize the ePacket service, countries that do not have ePacket services available in their country will be sent with the fastest alternative. Packages to non ePacket countries may experience slightly longer delivery periods. For a list of ePacket countries please see the list at the end of this page. 

Orders are usually shipped out within 48 hours.

To all of the respective countries via the mentioned delivery service provider, the shipping time is generally 7 working days.

Please note that orders MAY take up to 2-4 weeks depending on demand, we try our best to deliver all our orders as soon as possible however unfortunately, the circumstances are at times beyond our control. 

Clients will receive an email with a tracking number after the order has been shipped.

SHIPPING TIMES

Orders made are shipped by New Way Beauty Monday through Friday. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on the following Monday morning. Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Orders for available items in stock will be sent within 2 business days from the order date. Items temporarily out of stock will need to be ordered from the warehouse in Italy and will take approximately 14 working days to be delivered. Please ensure you are aware of the shipping times for each item. There are times where items showing as available may be temporarily out of stock due to timing issues with our warehouse system and we apologise for the inconvenience. New Way Beauty reserves the right to postpone shipment in case of circumstances beyond their control.
